Engagement Session: Sonia & Gerhard

I met the lovely Sonia & her equally lovely mother at the expo. When she came around for a second visit toward the end of the day, I knew she really liked my work. It's always heartwarming when somebody values your craft, but it also made me quite nervous!

I met the lovely Sonia & her equally lovely mother at the expo. When she came around for a second visit toward the end of the day, I knew she really liked my work. It's always heartwarming when somebody values your craft, but it also made me quite nervous! But I guess that's a good thing in some ways. Some people perform at their best when under pressure. I am definitely one of those. And yes.. it definitely helps in the wedding photography industry. Sonia's fiance, Gerhard is a gem of a bloke, who is finishing his Radiology program in the Freestate, and that is where he met Sonia, an aspiring pathologist. When we finally met at Melrose Arch for their couple session, I was struck by how at ease they both were from the start. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together, and I look forward to their wedding at Thaba Ya Batswana later this year.

Gemma & Colin

Gemma & Colin hail from England and Zimbabwe respectively, but somehow met in Zambia, where they both live and work. Their extraordinary story culminated in a marvellous celebration of their love at the stunning Mosaic Sanctuary near Stanford.

Jen & Richard

A superb spring weekend wedding celebration in the tranquil coastal town of Paternoster...
