The stately Cape Dutch homestead is superbly decorated, and nestled within a private flower farm. It offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, vineyards and olive groves. It really is a venue that has to be visited to be fully appreciated for it’s situation, context, stateliness, and unrivaled natural beauty.

Sarah + Adam : Bona Dea Private Estate - Hermanus

The incredibly well appointed, and magnificently situated Bona Dea Private Estate played host to Sarah and Adam's wedding celebrations in fine style. Sarah and Adam are both from Cape Town, but chose to tie the knot in the beautiful Hemel En Aarde valley near the famous whale watching town of Hermanus. The views over the valley are nothing short of breathtaking, and their special day was not surprisingly, similar. The decor, flowers and wedding cake were all class, and definitely something to write home about, as was the delicious spread that started with mouthwatering canapés.
